CARY NC: 5 Star Service has proven again to its valued customers that it is # 1 in
customer service / satisfaction.
An overwhelming number of phone calls have come in, in the last 2 months to let 5
Star know how much they appreciate the dedication to their services. Robert
Riccardi has said business has been great and he credits 99.9 % of that to the
quality of there work as well as the respect and response they give to there
customers. "When we have a situation that needs to be addressed we take care of it
ASAP no questions asked". Our customers work hard for there money and the least
we can do is give them what they have paid for. We will continue to give the best
price for the services and products we sell.
5 Star continues to keep up on the needs of its customers. I can tell you why people
go with them. If all contractors were half as good as 5 Star, Homeowners would
never have to worry about the finished product as well as when it will be done. 5
